Leadership Worx is honored to be the official organization of the Great Life! Our vision is to facilitate greatness in people and organizations. Our unique human experiences in diverse fields including therapy, counseling, teaching, law, social work, management, training, organizational development and leadership have made us students of life. We are fascinated by human nature and take every opportunity to help people find and live their greatness.

Dr. Tomi Bryan is co-author of The 5 Keys to the Great Life. She is a student of life who has a distinctive blend of professional experiences that are traditional and non-traditional. She has been a licensed attorney in the State of North Carolina since 1989, holding a J.D. from Wake Forest University. She also holds a Ph.D. in Management with a Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change from Walden University. She is certified by The Leadership Circle™ to deliver their classes and administer and deliver their 360° Assessment, Cultural Survey Assessment and Follow Through Tool. Dr. Bryan is also a certified Soul Coach and Past Life Regression Coach through Hay House author and world renowned Soul Coach Denise Linn.She has attended workshops presented by clairvoyant Debra Katz, internationally known dowser Raymon Grace and spiritual leader Bill Bauman. She uses her traditional and non-traditional experiences to help people live their greatness.

Dr. Bryan lives her great life in Greensboro, North Carolina with her husband, Jim, her two sons, Shep and Warren, and their dog Mojo.

Dr. Bryan is also the author of Systems Thinking Applied to Crisis Management: The Eleven Allegories as an Analysis Tool (2005); Staying Power: Work-Life Balance Initiatives for Retaining Young Lawyers (2005); How to Keep the GSA Money Your Company Makes: Compliance, Best Practices and Other Useful Tools (2006).

Dr. Jerry White is co-author of The 5 Keys to the Great Life. Dr. White’s professional career has been multifaceted. He worked in private practice as a Psychologist and at a psychiatric hospital as a Child & Adolescent Psychologist as well as a Forensic Psychologist. He has owned businesses in Training and Consulting as well as Computer Programming and Sales. He spent some time working with the Federal Government as a Computer Specialist, Training Administrator, and Executive. He currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree students. In the past twenty-five years he has made more than thirty presentations to professional organizations at conferences and conventions on various computer, technology, and psychology related topics. Dr. White has published several articles on learning and education.Dr. White has spent a lifetime dedicated to his personal vision of helping people reach their highest potential through training and counseling. In helping others, he has been able to develop and expand his theories on helping people understand themselves and their place in life. His work in education, psychology, technology, and training has given him the opportunity to put his experience and theories into practice. Dr. White holds a Ph.D., Ed.S. and a M.Ed. from Georgia State University and a B.S. from North Carolina State University.Dr. White lives his great life in the mountains of Idaho with his wife Janice, and two younger children, Nathan and Emily.
Ms. Judy Johnson is a co-creator of The Great Life Workshops, living her vision of creativity is me. She has a broad array of experiences in the social services and training realms. She spent several years working as a probation and parole officer and social worker in the fields of criminal and juvenile justice. She also served as director of the social services department for a residential facility for the developmentally disabled and administrator of a statewide child abuse hotline. She has extensive experience in the development and management of statewide government certification training programs in child welfare and juvenile justice.Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Education, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She uses her varied educational and professional experiences to help others to achieve personal success no matter how big or how small.

Ms. Johnson lives her great life in Greensboro, North Carolina with her husband, Arnold, and dog Sage. Her good friends and adult children, Kenneth and Erika, make her happy but her grandchildren complete her great life.
